RETURNS

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for change of mind or wrong sizing. Please read the size chart carefully.

We offer refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your return if the item is faulty.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered with original tags

The refund will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost

HOW DO I RETURN ?

We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number

We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Whet Intimates for an exchange or a refund are not covered or reimbursed by us

Once we receive the returned parcel we INSTANTLY release the refund or proceed the exchange​

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

If you are an International customer please email us before purchasing. We are limited to countries.
WHICH COURIER DO WE USE?

Madison & Louis Intimates does not use a courrier as such. All products are posted through Australia Post.

HOW MUCH IS EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Express shipping is $16.00.

Please note that we do add a fee on top of Australia Posts shipping fee to pay for materials used to package your order.

Will be sent once your order has been shipped or if you have signed up log into your account to view it there
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Australia Post generally delivers within 7 working days for standard parcel and 4-5 Days for an Express parcel depending on customers address.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Murrumbateman within 2 working days if stock is available to send when order is purchased.

PRE ORDERS
PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE STOCKS WHICH ARE NOT ON HAND

1. PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

When placing a Pre-Order for Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Madison & Louis Intimates shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

2. PAYMENT
​
You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order.

3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
​
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Madison & Louis Intimates does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.
As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Madison & Louis Intimates is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule.
If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your order as provided for in Section 5 below.

4. PRICE
​
The purchase price ("Price") does include GST. If the Price drops after you have pre-ordered, we will not refund you. If the Price goes up, your order is secure at the Price you paid.

5. CANCELLATION
​
You may cancel this Pre-Order at any time for any or no reason prior to 31 December 2017, 11.59pm AEST.
If you do cancel prior to 31 December 2017, 11.59pm AEST. you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price including shipping. If Madison & Louis Intimates cancels your Pre-Order you will receive a full refund of the purchase Price and shipping costs.

If you cancel your order prior to your product being SHIPPED you will only receive 50% of your purchase price refunded.

6. RETURNS
​
The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Madison & Louis Intimates. The current returns policy can be found at the top of this page and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase of the Product will be subject to the refund policy.

7. FREE Lingerie Set or Bralette
​
For every 2 Lingerie Sets or Bralettes pre-ordered you are entitled to 1 free Lingerie Set or Bralette. The free Lingerie Set or Bralette will be the lowest priced item. To receive the free Lingerie Set or Bralette add 3 to your cart and at payment method select buy 2 get 1 free. This will place the order without any payment required. Your pre-order is not confirmed until you receive the payment invoice from PayPal and pay the full amount within 24 hours. This offer is only available until 31 December 2017, 11.59pm AEST.
